We ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Make You Happy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging

• You contact us at hello@makeyouhappy.ca before returning any item

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Product Safety & Use

Our products are skincare items intended for external use only. Please follow all usage instructions provided with each product. We recommend:

• Performing a patch test before first use, especially for sensitive or allergy-prone skin

• Discontinuing use immediately if irritation or allergic reaction occurs
