Our Commitment

At Make You Happy, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items cannot be returned:ย 

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at makeyouhappy.sup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at makeyouhappy.sup@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at our expense.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
