We currently ship within Canada only.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Canada. Remote areas may require additional time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through Canada Post or the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

Make You Happy is not responsible for delays caused by:

Canada Post or courier delays
Severe weather conditions
Customs or postal inspections
Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please:

Check with neighbours or building management
Contact the carrier with your tracking number

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at makeyouhappy.sup@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.
