Most orders ship from Vancouver within 1 business day. Standard Canada-wide delivery is typically 3-7 business days. Free shipping on orders $120+.

4. Is Mongdies safe for newborn skin?

Yes. Mongdies products are formulated for sensitive newborn skin and are dermatologist-tested. Cica Repair Cream, Ato Lotion, and Soothing Essence are all suitable from day one.

5. Are products EWG Green-rated?

Most Mongdies baby skincare carries EWG Green certification, including Bath & Shampoo, Soothing Gel, Ato Cream, and Cica Repair Cream lines.

6. Are products vegan / cruelty-free?

Mongdies is cruelty-free (never tested on animals). Many formulas are vegan; check individual product pages for specific ingredient details.
